So, here are the steps required to add an exclusion folder to your Antivirus:

1. Open the antivirus application.

2. Go to a section named like Virus & Threat Protection settings.

3. Then click on Add or remove exclusions.

4. Now, add the false positive files that windows defender or your antivirus were detecting as virus.

After fining this steps, close the application and give a restart to your computer.

This step will exclude files and folders from scanning of you antivirus program.
