You won’t be able to keep up your eyes for a long time because blue light will hit harder on the eyes at night.

Though the blue light helps to release melatonin, and this hormone will make it harder to fall asleep, the Night Light’s orange color vibe helps to sleep faster after you turn off the PC.

In case your PC’s Night Light option gets disabled, this article might come in handy to resolve this issue. Let’s go!

Why Night Light Got Disabled?

The Night Light option in your Windows PC might get disabled for a bug in the OS. Updating the Windows or display driver could cause this Night Light feature to be disabled. The users facing this problem on their PCs have recently updated their Windows. So, it might be be the only reason.

It is an excellent feature from Microsoft, which was first introduced in Windows 10. People use blue light filters on their phones, and this feature is known by many names in mobile devices, such as reading mode, eye comfort, vision comfort, etc.

When you turn on this feature, you will see a slightly orange sort of color glow across the display. You will see the display color become softer and warmer. If you have to keep looking at the displays for a long time, this mode is for you.

This mode will keep your eyes strain-free. For people who have to work for a long time on the PC, this feature saves them from eye issues, headaches, and sleeplessness. Blue light is uncomfortable for the eyes, and you should not stare at the displays for a long time without turning on the blue light filter.

But it will be a matter of headache when you are used to this feature, and somehow this mode gets disabled. As I said, bugs in the Windows updates can cause this issue. So, this needs to be fixed, and I have found the exact ways to solve this.
