  1. I’ve run into an issue where ME3:LE will crash in the splash art of Earth on fire and I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve gone to the support page of EA but for some reason, they cancel/ignore my cases and I have no idea why.

This problem started on the 18th of February, around the time I started Modding ME: LE with a few mechanics chancing mods like the Take Earth Back mod and others like it, I did this with Mass Effect 2 as well but I can run the previous 2 games with no issue but only ME3 has this problem.
I’ve tried restarting the game but uninstalling and reinstalling it I’ve tried deleting the modded save file, and I’ve tried updating my PC to its latest update and nothing has worked. I’ve also removed the mods I downloaded from the game with the mod manager and I still get the same problem. I’ve tried all the methods to fix this problem stated above but I still get the same crash at the same time. What makes this even more infuriating is that there is no error message showing up when it crashes letting me know why it crashed, it just closes and goes back to the last window I had open when I launched ME3.

I love the Mass Effect games and would love to keep playing them but if this problem doesn’t get solved I will always be blue-balled by the time for my ME3 play-through. If you had reported with this same problem and helped to fix it can you please tell me so I can get back to a game I truly enjoy

    • Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we have no clue why EA is unresponsive in your case. Maybe you should download the latest DirectX and redist?
