This one is easy to locate. Just teleport to the waypoint North-East of Mt. Aozang, turn around, and head south. A little further on, you’ll spot the shrine next to a large, vibrant tree.

Teleport to the location and head towards the south-east and climb up the mountain and keep moving forward. After flying over a couple of hills, you will find roots and look down, and you will find the Shrine.
