How to Increase Clearance in Genshin Impact
To increase clearance in Genshin Impact, you must complete the Golden Slumber’s Lost in the Sands, An Introduction to Indoor Archaeology, The Secret of Al-Ahmar, Dreams Beneath the Searing Sand, and Old Notes and New Friends’s Dual Evidence subquest. This will gain you full special clearance.
The Secret of Al-Ahmar will unlock Scarlet Sand Slate along with the first two clearances, while Dual Evidence will unravel the 3rd clearance, which lets you open doors with up to 4 of the first symbol.
Follow the steps below to increase clearance by learning all clearance locations:
First Clearance
In Genshin Impact, in The Secret of Al-Ahmar subquest, you must go to King Deshret’s Mausoleum for the 1st clearance. There, you have to open the coffin & then go to the top floor to obtain the first clearance.
Second Clearance
If you complete Golden Slumber’s The Secret of Al-Ahmar, you will get the second clearance; Clearance of Khaj-Nisut. While inside King Deshret’s Mausoleum, Travelers will have to go deep within the ruins.
Third Clearance
The third one is Ferryman’s Clearance, which you will get automatically when starting the Dual Evidence quest. You must have to wait for the daily server reset after finishing Golden Slumber.
Fourth Clearance
The Scarlet Sand Slate gadget is your key to acquiring the clearances, and when you reach Sekhem Hall, the gadget will show you three new clearance locations. One of them is the Place of Rebirth which is the fourth clearance.
Fifth Clearance
To obtain the fifth clearance, Genshin players will have to guide Primal Embers to their torches in the Dual Evidence quest.
Sixth Clearance
Scarlet Sand Slate’s sixth clearance is from Place of Breath. It is also from the Dual Evidence quest.
You can get the seventh and final clearance in Genshin Impact in the Desert of Hadramaveth. You have to read Pathfinders’ Log: VI to reveal this clearance.
To get the last clearance in Genshin Impact by discovering the Pathfinders’ Log: VI:
- Teleport to the waypoint west of Wadi Al-Majuj.
- Jump from the cliff toward the rickety wooden bridge.
