A delegate can answer, deny or even put calls on hold, acting as the assistant of the main user. So, it’s essential to know how to do these tasks on behalf of someone else who adds you as a Teams representative.

Here’s how to make and receive calls as a delegate:

  • Start or go to a one-on-one chat with the person you want to call.
  • Input the number on the dial pad you want to call.
  • Hit the Call button.
