  2. Right click on the app and select Open file location.

Method-2: Disabling ctfmon.exe by Task Scheduler

The steps for this method are given below:

  1. Press Window + R key simultaneously to open Run.
  2. Type in “taskschd.msc” and hit Enter.
  3. Now double click on Task Scheduler Library then open Microsoft > Windows > TextServicesFramework in the same way.
  4. Now, in the top middle side you will see MsCtfMonitor. Right click on it and select Disable

Method-3: Deleting ctfmon.exe

This process is very simple.

All you need to do is go to C:\Windows\System32\ and look for the application file ctfmon.exe (size approximately 11kb). Right click on it and select Delete.

And it’s done.

You can also disable Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service from Services.

Simply search for services then look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service there and double click on it and select Startup Type and then choose disabled.

Lastly apply changes to fix the problem permanently.
